Originally from Washington DC, Jeff brings a combination of direct investing, strategic consulting and senior management experience to TItan, with more than 10 years experience in Southeast Asia. Jeff began his career in entrepreneurial and management roles, prior to attending the University of Maryland. In 2010, Jeff relocated full time to southeast Asia where he worked in several management and consulting roles prior to private equity.
In 2014, Jeff joined Titan Capital, assisting with direct investing, strategic consulting, and transaction advisory. His experience covers a range of sectors including robotics & automation, energy & energy-technologies, agriculture, food manufacturing, quick service restaurants, wireless enterprise solutions, distribution, and import/export, among others. As a Partner, Jeff led end-to-end deal management, as well as hands-on portfolio management including board & advisory roles.
With experience working across many countries in Asia, North America and Europe, he has found a passion for working internationally and leading teams in diverse and multicultural organizations.
Rob brings a combination of hypothesis-driven research experience and performance-based strategy execution to the Titan Capital Asia team. He has 9 years of experience working on management teams in the education and technology sectors in Southeast Asia with a focus on designing data-collection and efficiency systems, implementing continuous auditing protocols, and driving management decisions with on-the-fly analysis and quantifiable feedback.
Before coming to Southeast Asia, he spent 3 years leading a research project elucidating the cellular mechanisms of hypoxia’s neuro-protective effects while serving in the Department of Neurosurgery at Washington University in St. Louis Medical School. During his time at Washington University, Rob also worked in the Center for Neuroimaging performing statistical analyses and fMRI image processing and was involved in multiple student-lead startups in the technology and education sectors.
Prior to his time at Washington University, he spent 2 years refining stochastic neural phase synchronization models in the Center for Neurodynamics at the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
In addition to his professional activities, Rob currently serves as an advisor to Scholars of Sustenance, a regional food rescue foundation that collects surplus food from commercial outlets and delivers it to communities in need.

Valailuk Prasitvatanakul is the Executive Vice President for Asia Wealth Securities Co Ltd. in Bangkok. She has over 16 years of experience in the institutional brokerage sector and keeps her finger on the pulse of South East Asian financial markets. Ms. Prasitvatanakul was also instrumental in the successful operation and exit of Sage Education.

Joan Yee is the Education Sector Advisor for Titan with a track record of managing and investing in education companies. She has deep experience in the education field and has held senior positions with several multinational education and test preparation companies.
In addition to driving large, established education companies across Asia, Ms. Yee is also a serial entrepreneur. She has founded companies not only in the education space, but also in the F&B and events management sectors. Her operational insights are valuable in the Titan investment process as well as to the portfolio companies we hold.

Chris Arscott was raised in the US and first moved to the Asia Pacific region in 1997 where he worked as a fluid mechanics engineer in Australia and Papua New Guinea. He traveled between Asia, the US, and Europe for several years before coming to reside in South East Asia in 2004. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from INSEAD with supplemental studies at Harvard Business School, Dartmouth, UCLA, and USC.
Mr. Arscott began his career as an engineer in the petroleum industry, then in aerospace working on military aircraft and missile systems. Following business school, he joined The Boston Consulting Group where he provided board level strategic analysis and advice for blue chip clients across the US and Europe. After BCG, Mr. Arscott led the Strategy and Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions functions for Ingram Micro Asia.
Prior to founding Titan, Mr. Arscott was a partner with Navis Capital based in Bangkok where he worked on transactions and portfolio management across South East Asia for seven years, as well as Principle for Bain & Company where he focused on private equity advisory and transformational engagements for large corporate groups in Asia and Europe. In his financial career, Mr. Arscott has made investments across Asia with particular emphasis in emerging markets. He has served as a Director or Executive Committee Member at a number of companies in fields including distribution, technology, manufacturing, food service, education, agriculture, and pharmaceuticals.
